Y wont it start!!

wen my moto stops randomly in the middle of a ride, i cant kick start it bak on for bout 15 mins.

was happening to my bike cant really remember how i fixed it but i think it was the Green wire not Grounded properly.

more info bud, ive had a loncin which wouldnt run when it got to hot, let it cool down for 15 mins and it would go hard again
