Yamoto - Not Worth It?

Someone on my small town is selling a Yamoto for $750.

4 speed, no clutch, has been used for "10 hours of back yard riding"

wondering if these bikes are worth it, looks pretty dodge to me. cant be worse than an atomik though...can they?
I was considering buying it as an xmas gift so my 13 year old brother had something to ride on/try and chase me around on.

any tips fellas?

my mate got an atomik nitrous 150cc off ebay 4 1000 sent to his door prob worth the extra coin to get sumn half decent, not that iv come across a yamoto

you can get a new atomik nitrous 140 for well under $750, and it would be much better than the yamoto.

stepping up to a yz125 sounds like a good idea
