Hey guys ,
a mate gave me an engine in pieces so after a careful inspection all i could find wrong was some slight wear on the shift fork ,,
i have put it all back together and it seems to run fine except the gearbox shift is a bit stiff and it seems to be not selecting gears properly and 2nd and 3rd gears are not meshing up properly therefore they are crunching /slipping
,,
wondering if anyone one can help push me in the right direction to fix the problem ??
also the thing is running so hot that the header pipe glows red hot all the way up to the heat shield ,,,,
are the lifan valve clearence the same as the yx and if they are diffent please let me know ,
