yx 140 lifan mods

hey guys iam considering these mods and wanna kno wat power gains ill get and any pro tips
(dhz outlaw)
150 cylinder upgrade kit
high lift cam 7 with the valve springs
lightend oil slinger
smaller high speed rotor
and port and polish the intake

when i install the springs what will i have to set the valves to??
and can i change the rotor with out needing to change the oilslinger to balance it out or is there any other problems will i encounter

leave the outer rotor on it. change the cams and springs. .004 clearance. do the porting work. bbk is a choice youll have to make
