Zonga/YX 160cc rocker arms?

Hey guys

I've bought a pit bike with a Zonga 155z engine in it which is not running. I've found out the rocker arm for the inlet valve is broken. I may be able to get my hands on a YX160 head for cheap so my question is... Are the valve rocker arms interchangeable between a YX160 and a Zonga 155z?

Any help would be appreciated
