hi my bike is set up for a 12 mm axles and the rear wheel i have brought has 15 mm bearings in them can i just change them to to suit my 12mm axcle

can u get a 140 lifan that has a one down 3 up gear box because thats what mine does

while on this subject i had the rear wheel of my sons bike and the idiot pumped the brake and closed the pads together how do i get them apart so i can get the disk and wheel back on
