Clutch is on its way out and i need a new one. Do different model clutches fit from different motor companies? or do i have to buy a jailing clutch?
Anyways i have no idea where to look on the net for one but i need a new one soonish.
did the throttle feel jerky when you pulled it back? and did it feel like it got stuck? cos mine just feels normal and ive got a cable luber from my MX days which i used to give it a good cleaning and the throttle feels crisp and doesnt feel like its getting stuck on any torn wires from the cable.

Ok so i purchased a broken minibike for cheap cheap but i got the thing running after few fixes here and there but i cant get the idle down. i've pulled off the intake arm, carby cleaned them up and put them back together using auto intake sealer. That didnt work. I replaced the bolts and nuts...
Ok so the bike is completely back together. Just did a few other fix's here and there. Issue with a brakes i also fixed and 5 out of 7 of the plastic's bolts were missing so had to sort that out. But all good i went for a ride up the street in the dark. The clutch works fine, does need a new...
I know the nut, ive got the tool for it.
By pulling them out, soaking them in my parts washer for a day and giving them a good clean you think ill grab some more life out of it? Or not worth it?
I've spend $0 on it so far and i got the bike for $200
The thing looks close to brand new. Looks like the guy had no idea what he was doing Riding the clutch the whole time for 3-4 rides and then just gave up when the thing stopped working.
I'm actually thinking of just getting it running...

Ok Sean i think your right in a way. Its not the cable that is the problem i think it might be the clutch. I just purchased my new lever to get that going and set it all up and adjusted the cable with 1mm of play and if i put the bike into gear pull the clutch in and push it on the ground it...
I dont think its this as my clutch cable isnt actually connected to anything atm. I got the bike with no clutch leaver so the cable is free loose with alot of free play available.
