Hey bud i have the same motor on mine i had exactly the same problem. When you move the Pin around it will go off tune. So you have to ajust your airscrew. So here's what i think you should do- put the pin back to its original running location and use the air screw to ajust the mixture...

Hey, just wondering if anyone has a Fastace BS-66RC-280L on there AGB29 and did the frame need any modification to fit it in? I know there is an extra chamber that sticks out and may interfere with a cross bar on the back of the frame- has anyone had experience in the fitment of these? Cheers

Hey dude- these bikes are good BUT- make sure you dont hurt your gearbox to much in the begining, i did a couple of roosts and nuts and after about a month the gearbox shattered two cogs. Just make sure you run it in properly. The ducar 140cc has alot of grunt and to be honest im trying to...

On the mainfold side, just screw it all the way in, then two complete turns out. I was shocked it works realy well.

Just get a Takegawa 140- do a youtube search- those things fly man! I think that would wip a cr80 motor to shit- and if it didnt it would just sound awesome! BUT they cost 5 grand:confused:

Thanks cactus worked a treat mate- the bike moves now and has got a brownish sparki- might be a bit to lean tho as there is nothing on the porcelin or the middle electrode? The Air screw is two turn's out and the needle is full rich- so to me that means most air + most fuel- seemes to work...

Is your disk ventilated or is it just a a round(or wavey) disk with no holes at all?

Seth there must be something not quite right there coz i can do a stopie on my prox. The front brakes on the prox are usualy really good. It may come down to your brake disk? Take a photo of that and post it- know my mates bike has a different disk on his mini and his brakes are shite.

Now with the ajustment what does screwing it in do- is that rich setting and screwing out the lean setting?

My bike is running like shite since i changed from the Ducar 138 to the Lifan 138, my plug is all sooty and there is stuff all top end power? I want to try and ajust the air screw i think its running to rich? Unless anyone else has got any idears why theres no power at the top end? Cheers

Get a Lifan 140cc the 138cc are actually 127cc anyway so theres no point in getting one of those.

Can someone do one on how to change the cogs and forks in the gear box, ive got all the spares just need to know how to put them in. I know its probably going to mean tearing down the whole engine but hey. Also what tools to use for removing the magneto and electricals.

The lifan 138 will fit BUT you have to carefully bend the clutch leaver so it will fit into the frame. I had a Prox140 (ducar) and killed the gearbox within 3 weeks. The 138 lifan does not have as much low down grunt which was disapointing, and the selector came loose in the engine (cost 300...
