Where to buy Number Decals - in USA

Any local dirtbike shop is likely to have them in stock, standard 6" black competition numbers sold in packs of 3. Any Parts Unlimited or Tucker Rocky dealer can order black or red numbers, again in packs of three in 4" and 6" sizes. Alternate option: Local hardware store, they usually have...

    Inner Rotor /Out Roter kits??

Gah, that 'unbalances the crank' myth still persists?! Look at it this way, one one side of the crank all you have is a flywheel to resist the crank's temper tantrums. Lets pretend it's a new IRK setup that just needs the woodruff key and nothing else to work, the ultimate minimalist setup...

    installing new head gasket

I prefer Loctite / Permatex 518 for that job. With either when you install don't torque the head down fully, start out with just enough to get everything seated squarely and let it sit overnight. If you torque it down too soon you can drive the sealant out resulting in misting or leaks.

    high rev CDI on crf50

Yup, and I can find a crap ton of posts and sites discussing other urban myths as reality too! At least here in the states I've never seen evidence of the rev limiter in a 70 CDI on the dyno. (I have however seen a power LOSS from the Big Gun CDI, blech.) After digging through some old Planet...

    high rev CDI on crf50

I haven't seen a Honda CDI with a rev limiter yet on a 50 or 70. I've taken the OEM one past 12k RPM.

sdg pro 125 jetting????????????? need help

The 107 and 120 motors are REAL easy to tell apart... Recent image by yamaha2008yz250f on Photobucket See how the head is HUGE, with a cam cover that is held on via two bolts and '3V' engraved on it? That's a 107cc SDG 3 valver. If you don't have that head, it's the 120cc Lifan. On the...

What's that crazy bastid doin now?

Gotta be oil cooled too. Scary, that cylinder almost looks right at home on that block. The head's a bit big though, looks like Timmy from Southpark has tipped his chair over... :D So, whatcha thinking, spacer to move the cam chain sprocket over, custom stator backing plate to make room...

Atomik USD fork seals - where to buy

Pop the seal out, measure the inside diameter, outside diameter, and thickness. Grab a Parts Unlimited, Tucker Rocky or other big parts catalog and hit the seals section. Match up your dimensions with the seals in the list, note what bike they're for, then order the OEM seals for that bike...

    What frame is this?

'Speed Defies Gravity' They make seats for MX and MTB and for awhile had their own brand of pitbike. Unlike most brands they managed to get Tucker Rocky to carry them and were for awhile a true premium machine. They had a dealer network who could do warranty work and actually get reimbursed...
