Hey there, Air/fuel screw should be the gold screw that is to the left of the "longer" gold screw with the spring on it, (which is basically the idle screw) - it's on the left side of the bike for mine... sorry i don't have a pic to make it clearer! Cheers.

Not sure exactly what the top speed would be on these as i haven't tested it against a car etc, but judging by us flying past cars doing 60-70km/hr i'd say it'd top over 80km/hr pretty easily.
