na it wasn't running before this.. because the cam timing was off

the magneto timing with be on either side of the groove but wont go on it... ill figure it out 2morrow.. was just tryin to do it quick before it got dark.. n i'm doing vavle clearance.. and have done it before.. but thx for the info..the cam timing was off by one tooth

I cant get the the flywheel timing mark the same ? it won't let me.. Turn it and get near it then really hard to push.. finally move it but goes to far? Whats the go?

hey mate have you considered a gpx 125? New 2010 GPX 125CC RACE ENGINE, HIGH COMP PISTON, RACE CAM. One of the quickest 125cc Engine on the Market - DHZ Mini Moto on special usually $460 Not sure if there much speed diff between this engine and 140cc.. and maybe last longer

Yeh I guess if your doin the plan.. go for it. rach88 convince me that they are solid little reliable bikes n you get to custom it to what you like.. and will cheaper to maintain
