to raise and lower the front end dude you just change the position of the fork in the clamp. if they are stiff they might free up after some riding, but other than that change the springs or try sum lighter weight oil in the shocks... Oh and i would watch those bars too bro, they bend hella...

if air gets through so will water mate... but your best protection is a uni air filter with a desent does of filter oil...hope that helps

you mite wanna try loosening off your front wheel then trying it.... if the wheel is pulling the forks together then they lock down... but if you loosen the wheel and they work then that may be it.... and thicker fork oil will make your problem worse...

i only say that cos if its been running and running well then there may be no need to replace things that just might need adjusting...

sounds like its running a bit lean dude... i say that cos by the sounds of it if its only running with the choke on its forcing more fuel in... if you richen it up and give the carby a clean up that might help
