yea dude, check your slide, sounds like its stuck open. Or maybe you installed too short of a cable??

maybe you didnt get all the air out, or over extended the piston. try bleeding again.

Well, Maybe your engine is seized or nut on the recoil is too tight? For not starting or running for short bursts. Try cleaning your carb. check the hose and filter or any on/off valves. Just some ideas for you dude.
