    Big bore kits

this will not fit your 125, piston has a 15mm gudgen pin opposed to your 14mm and the barrel is longer than yours (4mm longer) so you would have bugger all comp. But the piston is a 55mm unlike the 138 kits he used to sell that are 54mm

fitted dhz 140 to pitpro outlaw

get on to MOJO in Vic and order one of there hydrolic clutch kits , that will give you a new side case with the clutch slave cylander in the side , problem fixed. I run one of these kits on my bike and they are very impressive. Cost is about $160 but are worth every cent as you will not have...

IRK's and how to lighten oil slinger?

thats right ^^^^. But when coulped with a good port job and a bigger cam and so on good gains can achieved through out the rev range. I'm not bragging at all about my bike but the engine pulls hard through the entire rev range now and i'm impressed with this new engine. So if inner rotor kit is...

    start in any gear ??

the good thing about it is no need to find nuteral just pull clutch in and kick and it will allow you to fit inner rotor saftly as clutch is on main shaft as opposed to crank.

Lifan 125cc v's 138cc start in any gear

the 138 runs a the same size piston as the 125 (54mm) but has a longer stroke (55mm stroke opposed to 54mm) so if you are thinking of doing this motor up the 138 is a better base. As for start in gear (clutch on main shaft) it is a must as you can then run an inner rotor kit safely and make sure...

IRK's and how to lighten oil slinger?

yes that is correct Eichkay but if you remove it you must run a remote filter and and complete the oil passage from clutch cover case to crank. As far as i know Takagawa use a custom clutch case that eliminates the need for the oilslinger. But i would lighten oil slinger first and see how you...

    Oil coolers. Check here FIRST!!

you say you got the crank balanced didn't you, so how was it balanced?

IRK's and how to lighten oil slinger?

you can but it is not adviseable as the clutch basket may let go . On bikes with the clutch on crank shaft (not start in gear) the clutch is mounted on the crank and not the main shaft, so you will have a massive weight reduction on the rotor side and a lot of weight on the other side (not good...

IRK's and how to lighten oil slinger?

say what you want about the oil slinger , but i have run a lightened oilslinger on all my bikes with rotors and as long as the timming is set correct ( about 28 degrees you will not have kick back. If you dont beleive me give Andy a call at BIG 50, Mark at 50 HQ, Terry at MOTO SCOOT, RKFINCH...
