Well my 140 lifan was kicking back alot. But once when i was kickstarting it the kickstart must of stripped its thread because the kickstart just fell off and i cant put it back on again. So i roll start the bike everytime now (until i fix it) but ive been putting it in 2nd or 3rd and sprinting...
I checked it after a few rides and its tight now bolts wont go kn anymore. Havnt had any trouble with clutch again.

If anyone actually reads this i fixed it by loosening the 4 clutch bolts enough not to hit the casing or fall out but almost on the last few threads.

Thanks mate got it to work properly. I took the carby and manifold of and reseated the gasket and put it back togeather. Also changed the angle of the carby using the spinner. Now its running amazingly well. Cheers

I bought a 140 lifan motor to swap into a 100cc frame. Its all ready to go and in the frame but when i pull the clutch lever it doesn't do anything. (BTW it is actually pulling the lever on the motor so its not a cable issue. Please help don't want to spend much on someone to fix it rather try...
