    you will need do more than shorten the chain and make some sort of cam gear adjustment also you can get stroker pins from akunar i think there available in 1mm- 6mm and you take the pin ofset size and double it and that gives you the extra stroke you will gain

    not to sure how many rod sizes are out there for the chinas but you can change the deck hight of the piston that should get it to the end if the cylinder

    the bike wont run if its off by 1 tooth and the chain is self adjusting check valves but if there fine look towards fuel and spark do you run a ngk plug or the original crud that most come with is it a chine or a honda ?

    you say it clicks that will be the solinoid so you should check if your getting power to the starter first do you have a test light or multi meter ? connect the test light or meter to where the wire goes from the solinoid to the starter and find a good earth and press the starter button and see...

    but also remember there is a rocker ratio ive never mesure them for a pitty but some things have 1-2 ratio so in that case 6mm lift would be 12mm and you can have that vise versa ive had some small engines running ratios like 2-1 as a example so it only had a 3 mm lift

    i set them at .005mm and .006mm if set any smaller i find they run fluffy and tends to cause higher temp on the exhaust valve and that can cause valve burn and dont get mm and " mixed up as 2 thou is .005 mm and to wogtaz to loose can cause wear and shock loading on valve train componants...

    yea there will be no prob with oil flow as its a positive displasment oil pump so you could pump it 20meters and back if you wanted to just remember to bleed the oil cooler before going for the first ride after you move it to the front of the clamps
