is it just me or dose full mineral oil thin out a hell of a lot when it gets hot? since i been running it the tappets get a little louder when it runs hot never did with any other oil? whats best to use? in 155z

hey guys i have been told about a place making a steel plate that gets fitted in the gear box over the kickstart shaft and the other to stop the shafts pulling apart and cracking the case..has anyone see or been told about these and if so where can i get one?? thanks for your time
