I will check to see if there is movement over the weekend but while I have the clutch out can I put the clutch cover back on so no oil can leave the engine and start the motor to see if the sound is still there that way I can rule out it being the clutch at all if it still makes the same sound

the bike runs fine cranks up though all gears no problem just sound like something is loose banging around in there. and I know its not a normal sound

its not mounts the sound is coming from around the clutch area but not sure where yet

I think it is a lifan it is a 150cc just not what kind it is. atm I only have to clutch cover and pressure plate off leaning over the left side so oil dosnt come out

Is the castle nut a left hand thread by any chance Im having trouble undoing it

The castle nut is tight as so ots not that. Should it have play moving in and out a bit?.

Im a kinda of on the throttle hard then off again kinda guy and thats where my molkt is letting my down. As soon a I snap the throttle on quick it stalls out. I bought a 30mm mikuni last night for $40 new so if its no good I didnt waste a heap of money.

yeah your probably right i just know **** all about this stuff i just know how to ride lol. might just get one of the DHZ ones if the axle, spocket and disk will fit.

ROTN50 i havnt doubled anyone and CARLTS the spokes started to become loose as soon as i got the bike after the first ride or two. I tightend them but im no expert so i may have done it wrong.
