Thanks, it looks a bit strange will upload a pic tomorrow to confirm. Also it said 107 on the head so I presume it is a 110cc. It feels probably just as fast as my 150, because it doesnt bog anywhere near as much as that thing did. So much nicer to ride which is strange

Hey guys, Wondering if you can help me with what motor this is. Bought a cheap bike for $300 that had been ridden once of my mate. It runs way better than my Lifan 150 did a few years back. Just trying to figure out what brand the motor is and how much/what oil I should put in it.

Yeah will get the double sided seal ones, strange because it says "6202DW" Normally it'd say 6202-2RS wouldn't it?

Went to go for my first ride and got a flat in the rear... Took out the rear bearings too and they're screwed! They're size 6202, Would the front bearings be the same size also?

Could anyone give me an indication on how the kickstarter spring sits? Other pics on the net show there's a hole drilled in the crank case for the spring end to sit into but it seems like the Lifan doesn't have one... Had a fair bit of a dig Also, is it normal for the kickstarter spindle to...

Hmmm well I obviously didn't get it on the right one lol. There's play in the shaft, and the shaft isn't springing back. I believe I didn't put the spring back on the correct place, so woulda had to take it apart again anyway Gee i'm getting good at tearing it down lol

I'm hoping that's where I put mine lol... Ah well, we will see when I start it! :P

EDIT: Turns out having it on its side pressed one of the shafts in and prevented it from shifting, All good now.

I'll try that whilst turning the sprocket Clutch cover is fitted, left hand cover isn't Matt

Still having a bit of difficulty, Can get every gear except neutral, have pretty much turned every gear to get the dogs to line up and stuff lol... Any other ideas? Is neutral a "gear" per say? Is there a neutral gear or is it it just nothing?

Cheers, after removing the cover it's shifting fine again, So i'll swap that washer over and see it goes, I broke the gasket near the barrel end so i'll see if thats re-usable..
