    i found the problem man. The clutch isnt pulling enough. The actual clutch is very very tough to pull in.

    it wont make a difference... The lever on the engine is being as much as it possibly can.. its doing about 45 degrees.

    I have a problem with my 140cc.. When i put it into gear for the first time with the chain.. Even though i was holding down the clutch it still wanted to move.. I checked if the clutch cable is all good and stuff..it seemed aite. Its pulling on the lever as much as it goes and im sure...

    No i do not have a battery. My bike is kickstart only. 140cc Lifan. I am pretty sure the rectifier will have something in it to stop the flow when battery is full... If anyone has a spare battery email me or post here if you want to sell....

    Hey guyz...Hope we all good Just wondering what a rectifier does? I need to make a light work on my bike...I have a 12v rechargable battery.. If i buy a rectifier can i make the battery work by connecting all the right wires..Even when the bike is off? Cheers

    oh....ffffff....well i didnt run it just started it...? Its probably been on for 40 mins all up on idle... Started maybe 5-6 times...

    The chain issue... the cogs are exactly the same size. I think that the ducars cog sits closer to the wheel. The oil cooler issue..i think it does..but the screws are massive. Am i meant to take the adapter plate out then put the ducting tubes in then put the adapter plate on top of them?

    that diagram doesnt help one bit. I think i have the big bore racing lifan not to sure because i have 6 wires coming out of the engine... Green, Green/Red, White, Yellow, Blue/White, Black/Red. Also the Cdi has a plug input which i have to plug to put into if that makes sense...

    Hey guys. I have taken out my old Ducar Engine. I had a look at the wiring.. and its all mixed up. The lifan has wires coming out of the engine instead of plugs like the ducar. I only have the lifan cdi that was given to me and thats it..Where do these plugs and other plugs like the kill switch go??

    Think of a front sprocket of 4 teeth and a rear of 8. For every rev of the front the rear sprocket will do half a rev. Now reduce the rear sprocket to 4. Now one front sprocket rev will do 1 rev. Which will give u more acceleration and you will end up running out of revs. Do you see now? One rev...
