    Motard Frames.

If you have the choice , i would go for a frame that goes round your swingarm instead of the usual frames that have the swing arm fixated in the middle. This gives you a much more stable ride.. I have had both and it's a huge diiference :) not saying the normal frames are bad but if you can...

    My Motovert Minimotard project

Here in Belgium everyone rides on 10" (we're riding only on tarmac here and our tracks are smaller and a bit more twisty I think so we're better of with 10" ) and with the 10 inchers we're a bit lower to the ground what gives us more support on the knees in case of a break out ( that saved me...

    My Motovert Minimotard project

I did want an aluminium frame, so that did limit the number of possibilities. And second I didn't want a perimeter frame so i could easily acces the carb between races / heats,... and indeed the rake of this bike is a bit more so it's a bit more stable then a bbr ( we ride 10" here in...

    My Motovert Minimotard project

it's the new takegawa 138cc complete engine with automatic decompression. the exhaust is handmade by a local exhaust wizzard here in belgium. The front brake is a radial master brake cilinder of a derbi supermotard (13mm diameter), the brake caliper is a dual piston one from a 125 -250 cc...

2008 Aus Titles Pics & Vids

actually we have something like that too. we have a category A and a category B first race the organisation looks at the times and divides the riders in a fast (A)and a slow category. (B) category B riders are slower because they are mostly beginners and have china motors,..... so the B...

2008 Aus Titles Pics & Vids

"What kind of bikes u guys run? China 125/140cc" the pitbike competition here is regulated to 140cc maximum (2 valves) and 125cc (4valves) most of them are Takegawa's or at least a takegawa head. (without that you simply can't compeed anymore these days :( => very expensive :( and we...

motovert pro 07 (alu chassis) and YX 150cc compatibility ?

yes You can make everything fit in .. but i didn't want to change my frame as the yx would be a temporary solution as it can't compete with the high powered takegawa's (in racing conditions i speak ...as maximum cc for racing here is 140cc )

motovert pro 07 (alu chassis) and YX 150cc compatibility ?

yes it was dissambled but even then the excess material of the engine case was in the way to fixate it.. Been to my technician today and we've decided to change plans and to order a takegawa engine;. this wil fit straight in and with my plans for racing next year this wil be the best choice...

motovert pro 07 (alu chassis) and YX 150cc compatibility ?

well , this is the motor I have and this is the frame : and first of all the bolts of the frame that hold the engine are 8mm and the holes in the engine are 9mm so that's the first problem but i managed to solve that with some bushes. then the 2nd problem is the back mount ( the...
