110cc DHZ pit bike keeps bogging down.

Ok no worries that might explain the cam chain being out but what about the t on the fly wheel not lining up ? The valves still need to be done should i just do it at this point on the fly wheel ? The valves are supper loose on this point.

Well i have pulled the head off put new rings and piston on it.
bore is fine, but i noticed the valves are closed at tdc.
is this correct or are they meant to be open ? Correct me if i'm wrong ?

did you hone the bore?
it needs to be done otherwise the rings won't bed in properly


at TDC both valves should be closed.
the inlet should have just shut,
and if you turn it over a little more the exhaust should be starting to open.
 
Yea it has been honed .
And yea thats how its ok thats what i was wondering ill throw it back on now and keep trialing from there.
