125 or 140???

having a bit of trouble with my engine.
asking weather its a 125 or 140, sound like a fair nooby question. but it has me stuffed

ever heard of a lifan 125 that has clutch on top of engine and not down side,
and strats any gear?

what shows that its a 140:
starts any gear
Clutch on top of engine
valve cover 140 style
goes harder than any 125 ive ever ridin,

bu the things that shows its a 125 is:
it was advertised as 125
says 125 on bore
never come with oil cooler(Doesnt have bolt holes for an oil cooler either)

Caps on most(If not all) 125cc lifan engines

dude you havwe a 125!!!!

most 125's come with the same valve caps as the 140, there are versions that start in any gear, if lei advertize a 125 they are NOT gonna give you a 140! all 140's come stock with oil cooler

it only goes harder thanks to the placebo effect, (remeber the whole mv24 edc thing)

hmmm, true about the caps actually,
but ive searched the net up and down and havnt found an 125 like this not one that starts any gear and with clutch on top
will post engine number when i get a chance

Its a 125, i had the same one in my atomik, because i blew up my 70cc so i put a 125 in it. that was probably 4 years ago.

yer, back in the day, probs why not many people have them thease days then,
when i received the engine, it was next to brand new, so do they still sell them anywhere orr?
