hey guys just a quick clip of my 146 ling engine idling, i need to redo the valve settings it sounds a bit rattly and idles up and down a bit, A few little problems to sort out but im stoked its finally running decent.

Cant figure out how to embed from photobucket so meh.

When its running spray some WD40 around the areas where the carb and intake attach and where the intake and head attach, if the idle smoothes out and then slowly goes back to what it was then there must be an air leak.

sounds like an air leak somewhere even with the valves out of whack on my bike it still idles consistently

Thanks, That's what i was leaning towards, I made new gaskets for the intake but I'll spray Inox or carby cleaner around the intake and see what it does i just have to wait for the neighbour to go out which sux balls

Make sure your slide is not scuffed and catching
Double check your throttle cable for smoothness and make sure its run the most free flowing route from the bars to the carbie
