160 Ho Clutches

my 160 HO motor has an apatitie for cluth baskets. it is ripping the basket away from the drive gear and ive had enough! is there any other stronger clutches on the market??

Thats the same as the one he has.
Does TB still make a billet basket and pressure plate?

you have to replace the rubbers with jap rubbers

Im 100kg and give my bike a hard time and have never seen a clutch do this.. yet.

I am not sure but maybe the rubbers were gone when it was ridden and the play in it caused it to break??

what oil are you using? think i did this 3 years ago with the semi synthetic oil..

dad said where not running synthetic oil. same kind of thing happened to the original clutchc like the gear came abit loose offf the basket but it happened when it came loose and we replaced it early. the nut on the end of the crank was also loose and the gear was floating on the shaft.

The clutch rubbers are sh!t in original chinese clutches...get some Honda crf250 and you are done
