The pictures tell the story. Sorry if it’s a bit brief.
Here is the boat where I found it and took it off the guys hands for $300, as you can see it had seen better days.

Then the clean up begun which involved emptying the water from inside the boat!

Then everything rotten was stripped out until I found myself with only a fibreglass shell, the top half of the boat was removed from the bottom.

New stringers were made and fibreglassed in with drainage systems.

Then the floor was installed and gelcoated.

Next was to paint it in a 2 pack white and red.

and then my brother stupidly put his chisel through the front of the top half so it had to be fibreglassed up and repainted, which didn't bother me too much because I did not really like that triangle style he want up the front anyway.

Put a bit of planning in to rotating the hull upright. You can never be too safe lol.

Both halves were put back together and all other bits and pieces including a new windscreen was installed.

The Motor is a evinrude 60 and got it real cheap with low hours. It however had a bad dogclutch and reverse gear so it would not go into reverve, a few hundred dollars later it was all fixed.

And then there is the finished product about 1 year after it was first moved from our neighbours yard.

My brother and I did the work, he was a spray painter but is now a pilot. My dad is a cabinete maker and he helped out too.
Thanks guys^^

Looks great!!! :) take her out skying n stuff
So much work you fellas have done , love the wooden stearing wheel :)

That steering wheel was made by the three of us actually. and I'd like to go skiing but there is no ski pole nor do I have any ski equipment. But I do go up the river camping and fishing and just cruising around. The tri hull set up makes cornering real fun and very smooth especially on glass like water.

Congrats on a great build mate, to see the before and after gives a little insight into how it would of looked the day it was purchased way back then. Damn who owns the HSV in the back ground bro. I could see that towing the glastron:driver:

Where were you when I stripped my boat? Nice work

holy ****, great work man.
thats some good commitment you got there...
