Where are you measuring the AC power from the ignition coil ?
Remove the spark plug from the engine, plug it into the cap from the coil lead, hold the spark plug and rest your hand on the engine and kick it over, you'll feel if it has spark, it won't kill you.

i was just wondering how he had his wired up thinking that could be a problem.. that diagram is the same as mine just different colours for a few wires.
thats how i wired it up as for the spark at output of the coil i could feel a really weak spark but when its tested in the spark plug there no evidence of a spark also i tested the coil and found that to be good so its not the coil or the spark plug it must be either the cdi or the magneto

All i can see wrong in your pic's above are, in the first pic the green wire that is twisted together with the other has come undone ?
Cant see any of the connection's in the picture's ^
Why isn't there any terminal's ?
Have you tried disconnecting the kill switch and trying to start it ?
How many volt's do you get at the ignition coil when kicking it over ?

solder and heatshrink them all so they dont cause issues again.
