Welcome to Minirider's.

First up get the formality's out of the way, and drop in here and say hello.

Popping on decel could be a few thing's
Might be loose exhaust flange to head bolt's/nut's? Or leaky gasket there
May be an air leak where the exhaust join's the muffler?
Might be an air leak where the intake manifold meet's the head, or carby where it connect's to the manifold, but this would give you an erratic idle too.
It could also be the mixture screw is set too rich, or too lean?
And also could be the valve to rocker clearance's, when was the last time they were adjusted/checked ?
How many turn's out is your mixture screw now ?

Only got the bike few weeks ago i havent checked the valve clearances yet ,noticed a slight ticking noise from motor and there is enough oil .

Ok, the ticking noise is good then, usually mean's there is a bit of clearance there.
Try tightening the exhaust bolt's a little, don't snap them off
If that doesn't help the popping then try richening the mixture 1/4 turn (turn the screw in) and try it out.
If it's worse then turn the mixture screw back out 1/2 turn see if that help's

Thanks for the info , i managed to to stop the popping when decel rides better now ,adjusted air/fuel mixture screw ,tightened bolts on exhaust and muffler .
