try a 102 main jet and a 20 pilot and needle clip shouldnt be to bad in middle positon..

Too Big...does not work on a 140cc without porting!

My DHZ Dpro 140 came with the Mikuni 30mm carby, it's hard to start up and shuts off quickly after I fire it up. Is it because it's too big for a 140?

I've got the same carbie on my DPRO 160, it does the same thing. I think it's because the idle is to low. I've had a bit of a look but i have seen how to adjust the idle on it, as it is quite different to the carbie on my old bike.
