30mm mikuni float level

Need help with the float level my mates was riding an stack it pretty hard an ever sinces it happened when u turn the fuel on petty just poor's out every where I think it's the float level but not to sure wat it should be set at meaning how to measure it an wat measure it should be any help would be much appreciated
