49cc help!?

hey guys first off I don't no that much about motorbikes,
but today I was at the tip and there was one of those 49cc dirt bikes, I took it home and it starts fine but the back tyre doesn't move?
any thoughts of what this might be ( and this is only to muck around on not spending much money)

Is it a 2 stroke? If so, pull the housing off where the chain and sprocket connect to and have a look at the centrifical clutch, are the springs broken or pads bare to the steel?

take the chain off, does the back wheel turn now?
could possibly be locked up brakes ?

but as above, most common thing to wear out is the clutch.

I took the chain off, everything's fine there ( back tyre moves if you push it) but when it starts it does not move at all. I will have a look at the clutch now and ill get back, and is that what you guys are guessing it is?

yeah, sounds like worn out friction material on the clutch shoes

have a look at the links for ebay i posted above, you can compare yours to the new ones
