Well I have a HTC TOUCH HD with a software called RaceChrono and its pretty good. I got up to 87km/h in just 215metres (measured on GoogleEarth). You can install it on Windows Mobile device. I also have Tomtom for plain old km/h reading but with RaceChrono I can put it in my pocket, do the deed then check my acceleration, deceleration, top speed and course.
