aircooled and watercooled

What is the difference between an aircooled 250cc china bike and a watercooled 250cc china bike?I have heard that aircooled is better then watercooled but i dont no why.

the aircooled probly goes better cause the added weight of a radiator, water pump etc of a water cooled bike, plus its chinese and its probly not well made decreasing its efficeny to cool.

all jap bike are watercooled.. not all but like 90% are.
and they seem to have more power.

cause their design and engineering is much higher than Chinese.
(much to do with copying stuff)

although china is a primitive country in engine manufacturing there was a day when the japanese where like this too.
