Hey guys,

Ive had a bit of trouble with my FYM 110 (107cc) gears are (4,3,2,1,N) All down

The gear box seems to have a mind of its own, Skipping gears when shifting, finding fauls neutrals and just doesnt shift as smooth as it should.

Just wondering if there are any tricks of the trade to fix this annoying problem?

Not knowing if its the clutch, gearbox or gear selector, give us any idea of what the solution to this problem is?

I have heard of the "Gear slave" or something that can wear or can be bent, and this can result in the problem.

Any imput is much appriciated. :)

sounds like the detent spring isnt holding the star on the gear drum in place properly..

there is a mod for this but first you need to check that this is the problem..

other things to check for is ..
loose gear drum bolts
bent gear shift shaft
and any thing else around the drum and star that looks weird..
