It's a kehin I believe off a robin Subaru 4hp or similar numbers are 60bbpj7 also has be written on the side I need to be sure of what it's from. Has a plastic insert under the idle screw for a jet

it was on a go cart but I had two I'm thinking you may be right on it being from the Honda I just couldn't remember if I sold the Honda or the robin Subaru
