Thats the problem. Nobody looks at specs before telling everybody they are the same, if they look similar then they must be the same right? Apart from the things wezza mentioned (which cost a fair wack by the way) the Elite has better front suspension, better rear suspension and a newer 4 up gearbox engine, better chain and a few other things as well. Are they still the same?

Theres only a few other little differences like the billet hubs, kickstart, throttle assembly and gear lever. Nothing thats gunna realy change the performance of the bike though

They do actually have the same rear shock but the MSO has the older version forks.

There is plenty of differences to justify the $1000 difference, its like comparing a apple with a watermelon and arguing which one is better. The ebay bike is good for $1100 and the MSO is a good bike for $2200. Get which ever one takes your fancy.

ridden both bikes. the mso elite is wicked, more for racing then any thing else. as for that bike. i know it has a shit frame and the closer inspection of some of the weld ideas it well,,
lets say u would reinforce all the rea end sub frame and main frame..... or you could just buy a motovert.. 500bucks more. and the qual u cant compare
