hey guys just wondering can i put a 160cc big bore kit on a 125cc

160 would be too much i reckon even 140 would be too much just upgrade carb and cam port the thing big bore exhaust. it wont be cheap but the difference will blow you away anyone else feel free to comment as im not sure about the bore kits but increasing a engine by that much would stuff it VERY quick.

u can go as big as 152cc im pretty sure,

60mm bore,

but jst go 57mm bore, 146cc

yeah if it can be done never go the max first up unless you have cash to burn on new engines everytime one stuffs up because it cant be rebored!!!!!!

well it depends on the engine really...

stroker crank plus 60mm bore can provide over 160cc.

also you cant just upgrade the engine size and think the rest of the engine will be fine...
stock gearbox, clutch and kick start gears will die within no time...

as originally posted above...
port work, after market camshaft and valve springs add some compression and a good jap spec carby(oko or pe26mm) and youll be surprised at the increase in power...
but also youll spend all this money on the 125 and for similar money you could just buy a 155 or 140 or even a 160 and be infront..
