my bike is hard to roll with the clutch pulled in 1st gear, the bike also moves a bit by itself in 1st gear with the clutch in. I recently changed my clutch lever but i also adjusted it to pull in as much as it can so i don't think that is the problem.

Try adjusting it again but with minimal freeplay..
maybe its time to inspect the clutch how many hours is on her?

Why are you rolling it in gear, if you mean roll/bump start if it's been sitting a while the clutch would of dried a bit and just needs some oil to circulate to free it up.

the clutch lever should have approx 5mm play/movement before it starts to disengage the clutch.
otherwise it can burn/wear the clutch plates out.

i'm pretty sure the 6 plate setup will fit onto the the 150/155/160's engines, that originally had the 5 plate clutch fitted.

Does the new 6 plate clutch go in the old 5 plate 155z's?
I cant see why not..
maybe ask terry from firepower minis he will know
the 6 plates are good as you can see in one of my videos 4th gear redline it had enough strength to spin the wheel and then stall it

It's munted get a new one 6 plate all the way
