Building dirt buggy, need help

Appreciate you guys looking for me.
Need a little bit of help though.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
I have had it going, I am not stupid, but need help with tuning the handling.

Worked out:
The guy that invented the first wheel, (sorry ladies if it was a chick, BIDTS)
was an idiot.
Whoever invented the second one was a genius.

Based on this I will be building a new faster buggy.
Tips appreciated.
