Cam not moving??

Okay guys I bought another bike and it has a 125cc locin or something.. It looks identical to a lifan.. Anyway, so I took the cam cover off and kicked over the motor and the cam gear on the head does not turn at all. But, the gear that drives the chain moves.. Sooo.. What needs to be replaced?

pull the stator cover off, and then the flywheel/stator assembleys both off and check things out.

So I to crack the case pretty much?

no just take the stator cover off, front sprocket is there too, (on the l/h side of the motor if you are sitting on it)

So I pulled the flywheel and the stator housing and everything looked really good and oiled and not worn.. So I turned the clutch adjustment out and now everything is moving when I kick it over? I'm thinking it may have a bent valve.. Guy said he ran it without exhaust cause it fell off and he didn't care? Dumbass maybe?... Lol
