Carburator coffing and splattering!!!

Feeler gauges are $5 from bunnings , thats what I use. Just bend the ends of them and they work perfect , wouldnt buy anything else.
- Check the valves at .003 and .004
- Check spark off plug by earthing it off the exhaust , Plug can always foul after a while or after a rebuild run a cr6hsa
- Check ignition pick up and clean
- Always adjust your idle and mixture together!!!
- Make sure there's fresh oil in the cases
- If you suspect there maybe an airleak , spray some carby cleaner into the carb and if the idle speed increases you've got a leak.
- Make sure you've assembled the carb correctly and the floats are set right as with the float jet and switch.
- Slide sitting at idel with a gap between the bottom of the slide to the carb floor of around 1-2mm or so.
