Got an atomik reign 160. When i kick the bike maybe 60% of the time it get sorta stuck. Have to give it a few kicks for it to unstick and actually turn the motor over?

Lean the bike on it's left hand side, take the kick start lever off and then take the full clutch cover (r/h cover) off the engine and have a look at what is happening in there
Take the spark plug out so you can turn the engine over by slipping the kick start lever back on temporarily.
Are there any metal chunk's/filing's in your engine oil ?

Also, if you aren't starting your kick just past top dead center, you can hit the compression stroke on the way down and that can feel like it's sticking/getting stuck. This greatly confused me the first time I adjusted the valves on one of my china minis.
