E-clip????

Hi

i've got an 08 pitpro with a uni filter and a 102.5 main jet on the stock carby (30mm mikuni). the bottom end and midrange is awesome, but as soon as you open it to WOT it bogs and splutters and doesn't clean out.

i've heard heaps of people talking about adjusting the e-clip but i have no idea where that is. i've taken the float bowl off to change the main jet a few times and can't see it.

can someone explain to me where it is?

gday mate. if you undo the top screw for your throttlle ontop of your carby and gently remove the slide. there is your needle sittng in the seat of the slide. you need to remove the spring and cable and remove the needle. the clip is on the needle and you need to change it up or down one depending on your requirements. then put it back together and go your hardest

Check to make sure that the float level isn't too low ......
