hey guy could someone tell me if the black screw on the bottom right hand under the choke/hot start lever is the fuel/air mixture screw

More likely the idle adjuster

Pull the top off and see if it pushes something in to hold up the slide...

the black knob thats connected to the tube is idle screw
mixture screw is in the same location as a china 26mm mikuni carb
