Forks arnt rebounding

hey

my forks arnt rebounding and are sitting pretty low. when i hit a jump the front gaurd hits to tyre lol.

i bought the forks off flarry about a month ago and he said that he changed the seals, dont know if he put to much oil in them or something but can any body help me out??

either he forgot the springs or the fork oil lol

when your not on it u can pull the forks up and they will sit normal but when ur riding they just sit low and dont seem to rebound..

im no china shockie expert but it sounds like dead springs....

the oils to stop em bouncing...

possiby they got no air pressure?

or the oil valves are blocked?(internal)

dunno...strip em down
