fox float help????

hi guys ive gotten my fox float for my crf 50, but i think its fault as it seems to be stuck up ? ive tried everything and it seems to be stuck ? ive tried alll sorts of settings and sir pressure ? been trying to call ec powersports but they must be closed ? any help please

Stuck up ? as in it wont compress?

Could be to much air pressure in there . did you get a pump with it?

Do you mean the Shock DOESNT Extend down? So its like locked up as if its Compressed?

DO NOT PULL IT APART! It could blow up in your Face if its stuck.

What you have to do is Call East Coast and tell Andy that your Fox Float is STUCK and you cant use it. He should be able to replace it for you free of charge if it is still in NEW, UNUSED Condition.
