fuel cap insert

hey ppl,
the rubber insert in my fuel cap split so i made one out of some old tube i had in the shed and it keeps growin..lol.
every time i ride i have to cut at least 5mm off it so it fits.
Does anyone know wat alse i can use for one??

it keeps growing as a tube isnt designed to have petrol or petrolium based fluids come in contact with it.... soon(if you keep using it) it will fall apart and go through your tank clogging your lines, and jets, possibly destroying your engine...
Best bet would be to either contact the place of purchase and get a new one or see if they will replace it under warranty(doubtful.. but they may) or just go to a motorbike shop and get a new one off the shelf..

yeah ive put a few in before the falling appart stage and i take it out when the sesh finishes anyway
