quick question for the 2 stroke heads

what fuel mixture do you use for a kdx200 96 model

40:1, 25ml of oil into 1 litre of petrol would be fine.

yep 40:1 is your best bet , you'll know whether the bike is too rich or too lean when you ride it.

id run 33:1 just to get more life out of your piston and rings little rich wont hurt it. = ]

somje say 30:1 some say 50:1

goes both ways, 30:1 wont burn as quickly and in turn can damage your rings

50:1 burns alot quicker which in turn will damage your piston and rings, iv found that with a good fuel, 98+ octane and a good oil like motul or tts power1(gold bottle) and running at about 39:1 s the best for my kx250

what's more important is to use premium oil only, buy the top-shelf stuff only and the bike will be faithfull in return.
