Graphic Design. help please.

I was looking at getting a bussiness logo designed and just wondering where's the place place to go to do this as I dont want to spend big $$$.
I have a few idea's of how I want it but need to get it onto paper so to speak.

Ive spent heap of cash with him me haha, from custom crf50 sticker kit, #1 plates to finish line banner
Heaps happy with all work he done for me.
