HI GUYS
ive got an old 110cc bike (i mean old like noah used it to round up animals on the ark)
its an electric start i think its an original thumpstar
on the engine case i can get 152 FMH* DYO24451*
THE * ARE 5 POINTED STARS*
im wanting a parts break down or somthing simalar ie. will a 125 be the same?

its a no start in gear engine any help would be greatly apprecated

runs great but when u kick start it it feels like the clutch is sliping or some thing so i want a clutch and some gaskets ect any direction would be a great help i checked the other manuals but no 110cc there

when you kick start it instead of the engine turning it feels like it is kinda a stiff slipping as you kick it and nothing happens,

you pull the side case off and take a photo with your phone of the way the components are setup, as in the lever selector and the plate with 3 bearings on it, there is also a small spring, remove the parts attached to the clutch housing and then remove the 4 screws holding the plate on the actual clutch and you will see the castle nut, this requires a special tool but will loosen with a good screwdriver being hit with a hammer in a anticlockwise direction, you will notice a clip that sits around the castle nut, this may need to be pryed away from the nut as its designed to foldin on the recess sections of the nut, take a photo of the way the nut and lock washer and domed washer go in order, then remove the clutch and replace, when finishing off the job and your ready to put the plate with the 3 bearings in it on put the engine on its side as its just sits on the clutch and will move if the engine case goes on.

you only require the one gasket to replace but for the price you get all the others, cant go wrong for that price.

Its basically the same procedure, just means you don't have the associated parts mentioned that the semi auto clutch has, just search Ebay for a 110-125 clutch.
